What is Trader Sam's Caffeine Free Unsweet Tea Concentrate?

How is it made?
Our tea is made by steeping hundreds of pounds of fresh, whole orange pekoe and pekoe cut black tea leaves at a time. The tea is reduced to remove water, and a small amount of caramel color is added along with two preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate) and a pH balancer (phosphoric acid) to ensure maximum freshness. 🫖
Is it really caffeine free or just decaffeinated?
Our tea is 100% caffeine free. Unlike decaffeinated teas, Trader Sam's tea goes through a unique filtration process that removes virtually all remaining caffeine. Drink it any time, day or night! ⌚
How strong is the taste?
On the bottle you’ll see directions to mix one ounce of tea concentrate with one gallon of water, but how strong you make it is up to you! 🫵
How long will the tea stay fresh once I make it?
Once prepared, a pitcher of Trader Sam’s tea will last for a week in the refrigerator. Enjoy its smooth, refreshing taste to the last drop, whether made hot or served over ice. 😋
How long will the bottle last in my pantry?
